A virus protection will be in place for all our Business Mail customers and will be available on an optional per mailbox basis for all other service offerings.

Domains Supported
netlink’s solutions allow you to manage email for single domain (www.yourdomain.com). Our private label solution allows managing multiple domains in addition to providing email services for as many domains as needed.

Firewall and Security
 netlink’s 24X7 surveillance system regularly monitors network ports and firewalls, system access restriction and security best practices.

Free Domain Name
netlink’s select packages also offer a free domain with your new account. The domain is free as long as you keep your service with us. Already have a domain? After signing up for our service we will send you detailed instructions and help you setup and use our services with your existing domain.

Full Backups
netlink executes full backups with redundant storage for all hosted mailboxes.  

IMAP, POP, and SMTP
Our POP and IMAP services allow you to use your favorite email program. POP is great for users on a single computer with this all your messages are downloaded to your email program's inbox. IMAP gives unbelievable flexibility for those who own more than one computer and want to have the latest copy of their email wherever they are. With IMAP, all email is backed up on our servers. netlink’s SMTP services give you access to send email from email software without having to fret about using the network approved SMTP server.

Mailboxes
netlink’s email services grow with you. Even if you start with as few as 5 mailboxes you have room to grow. netlink has provisioned approximately 40 million mailboxes since its inception to over 500,000 domains. All our mailboxes come complete with web access that allows each mailbox owner the ability to create their own folders and set their own preferences for vacation and out of office responses. Most of our service packages contain the ability to use your own desktop email application like Outlook Our email services also allow the administrator to set up an alias email address at no extra charge, so it becomes easy to send to a group.

Secure Data Center
netlink’s service is hosted within a carrier-class data center supported 24x7 with a professional and dedicated staff and physical protection, water-free fire suppression, UPS power protection, and diesel generator backups.

Shared Address Book
netlink promises an advanced feature for business or groups which ensures that everyone has updated contact information. netlink allows you to create a shared address book so you can easily share contact information among users of your email service. The shared address book can be accessed by any program.

Spam Protection
netlink offers two levels of spam protection. Our spam protection service ensures that bulk mails  are automatically blocked which maybe harmful to your system. Moreover our spam filters work with POP and IMAP services allowing you to see your spam folder without having to log in to your Web Mail.

Storage
All our mailboxes come with sufficient storage to start and can be easily upgraded on a per mailbox basis. In case you or your contacts depend on email for business, sign up for netlink’s Business Mail solution that gives each user a generous 1 GB mailbox.

netlink provides several technical support packages customized as per your needs. All of our email solutions include support during setup and email support during the first 30 days. Our Business Mail and Private-Label Solutions include email support and phone support during normal business hours.
